1. Go to VET ENTRY ->
PROFORMAS.
2. At the Proformas screen you
can DELETE, PRINT, ADD, or EDIT a proforma. The proforma
includes the summary description of a typical performance with date,
category and a detailed description in a template format of the action to be
taken for this proforma with drugs and dosages applied, recommendations and
comments.
3. Press CLOSE to end this
process.
