General Information

Appointments necessary

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation

For emergencies after office hours, call office and the answering service will assist

Payment is expected when services rendered

The office is open from 8:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday for purchasing supplies such as dips, shampoos, vitamins, heartworm preventative, etc.

Surgery Policy

Admission hours are 8:30 to 9:30

Discharge varies and will be discussed at admission

Food should be withheld 12 hours prior to surgery

Proof of current vaccinations required

Boarding Policy

Payment when you drop off or pick up pet

Hours:

Monday thru Friday    8:30 A.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Saturday    9:00 to 11:00 A.M., 4:00 to 5:00 P.M.

Sunday    4:00 to 5:00 P.M.

Food will be supplied, unless a special diet is required

You may bring your pets bed/toys, to make them feel at home

Flea dips will be given to any pet if flea infested, at owner's expense

Boarding facilities are heated and air-conditioned

Large ventilated runs also available

You may tour the facilities
