care of all patients and conserves valuable time for you. If it becomes
necessary to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please call us immediately.
We will return the favor.
Telephone
In an emergency, telephone the hospital day or night (24 hours). To
make a reservation or appointment you may call between 7:30 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
Monday thru Friday or between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon on Saturday.
Additional inquiries and questions may also be called in during our regular
hospital hours.
Restraint
Please have your pet under restraint either on a leash, in your arms, or in
a carrier while in the waiting room. Restraint is important for the safety
of your pet. Carriers are available from the receptionist at a
minimal charge.
Admission
When you leave your animal in our care we will make every effort to make its
stay as pleasant as possible. All flea and/or tick infested animals will
be bathed and/or dipped upon admission at a reasonable charge. Any
grooming necessary prior to bathing will also be done. No animal will be
admitted for hospitalization or boarding whose immunizations are not current.
Vaccinations will be administered to your pet when in doubt. Only when
necessary will there be twenty-hour supervision. Outdoor exercise is
available. You may inquire with the receptionist.
